چکیده
Abstract Maize lethal necrosis (MLN) is a devastating disease of maize caused by synergistic infection with chlorotic mottle virus (MCMV) and at least one potyvirid (e.g., sugarcane mosaic virus, SCMV). MLN results in leaf necrosis, premature aging, even whole plant death can cause up to 100% losses yield. has emerged worldwide resulted serious loss production. Over the past decade, extensive research been conducted understand epidemic pathogenic mechanisms MLN. In this review, we summarize recent findings understanding biological functions proteins from both viruses discuss advances molecular plant-virus interactions, particularly co-evolutionary arms race between anti-viral defense viral pathogenesis (counter-defense). Based on progress, how combine different strategies for enhancing effectiveness resistance MCMV/SCMV, possible approaches effective control

متن کاملImpact of Viral Nervous Necrosis (VNN) Disease as a New Threat to Global Fisheries and Aquaculture Development, a Review
Viral Nervous Necrosis (VNN) causes viral encephalopathy and retinopathy (VER), a hazardous and devastating disease of many species of cultured and marine fish worldwide. It caused by betanodaviruses a serious concern especially in the fry and young fish. This virus infects most of the cultured fishes causing severe mortality. Our current review focuses chiefly on recent studies performed on VN...
